What PortionPac created was an opportunity for workers, for the first time, to mix their cleaning chemicals properly. PortionPac's instruction was the Rule of 1 - one Pac to a bucket, bottle or tank with water. This eliminated the guesswork associated with bulk materials and provided standardization of operations.
