Client Communications Center
Each Excalibur Client receives their own user-friendly web page that is used as a communications hub between the cleaning team & the facility staff. Clients are given a login to use on their own Web page. From there, they can see their current services, contact list and even pictures of the janitors in their building. They can also type their concerns into an electronic log, eliminating problems due to miscommunication.
This system creates a history of communications, project schedules etc. Clean Teams also use this to let clients know when paper supplies are low, security issues or feedback to any concern they may have.
Communication is the key to building strong business relationships. We have purchased this system to use with our clients to provide the next level in communications & to improve further the overall quality of the cleaning programs in their facilities.
